Ordinance No. 03-26, Series of 2026 - A first reading to set the public hearing for an ordinance amending Chapter 18, Article VII of the Dillon Municipal Code regarding the Town of Dillon wildfire resiliency code.
- Approval of town owned property for Lake Dillon Beer Festival.

Resolution No. 25-26, Series of 2026 - A public hearing for a resolution by the Town Council of the Town of Dillon, Colorado, making supplemental appropriations to various funds for the Town of Dillon, Colorado for the 2026 Budget Year was approved (31:28).

Resolution No. 26-26, Series of 2026 - A resolution consenting to the Summit Fire & EMS Fire Protection District's enforcement of the Fire Code adopted and amended by such district within Town of Dillon municipal limits was approved (35:08).

Resolution No. 27-26, Series of 2026 - A resolution consenting to the Summit Fire & EMS Fire Protection District and Summit County Building Inspection Department's Enforcement of the Wildfire Resiliency Code adopted by such district within Town of Dillon municipal limits was approved (37:55).
- Council entered into executive session pursuant to C.R.S. 24-6-402(4)(b) for a conference with the Town Attorney to receive legal advice related to an investigation report.
- Council entered into executive session pursuant to C.R.S. 24-6-402(4)(e) and (4)(f) for discussion of the Town Manager, Nathan Johnson’s contract and follow-up to his annual performance evaluation. Mr. Johnson has been informed of this executive session. Following the executive session, the Council voted to place Town Manager Nathan Johnson on administrative leave effective immediately. The Council voted to authorize the Mayor to appoint an Acting Town Manager during Mr. Johnson’s leave.
Memorial Day Remembrance Ceremony

The Town of Dillon invites the community to join us for the annual Memorial Day Remembrance Ceremony honoring those who’ve sacrificed all for our freedom. The event will feature music by the Summit Concert Band and a reading of the names of the interred service members at the Dillon Cemetery. |
Town offices will be closed on Monday, May 25 in observance of Memorial Day. Normal business hours will resume on Tuesday, May 26.
Public Comment
We encourage citizens to attend meetings in person to express comments either during public comment, which occurs shortly after the meeting begins, or at a public hearing.
Public comment may also be submitted electronically. Public comment must be submitted by 1 p.m. on meeting days. Although they will not be read during the hearing, comments will be provided to the reviewing body and so entered into the record as evidence for the public hearing or citizen comments.
