Second Neighborhood Meeting Scheduled for Dillon Multifamily Project
Pagewest will host a neighborhood meeting regarding a new multifamily housing project at 312 Dillon Ridge Rd. This second open house meeting will take place Wednesday, May 13, from 3:30 to 6 p.m. at Bistro North.
Attendees are invited to stop by at any time that works for them. The goal of the meeting is to introduce the developer to the community, engage with residents and local business owners, and discuss housing needs within Dillon in an informal, casual setting.
The event is hosted by Pagewest, the developer of the project. Support for the project comes from a team of local professionals: Norris Design for planning and landscape architecture, Craine Architecture for building design, Kimley-Horn for civil engineering, and McDowell for traffic engineering.
Project design is still being finalized. This is a great opportunity for the community to learn about potential housing developments and share input early in the process.
Light appetizers and non-alcoholic beverages will be served.

We encourage citizens to attend meetings in person to express comments either during public comment, which occurs shortly after the meeting begins, or at a public hearing.
Public comment may also be submitted electronically. Public comment must be submitted by 1 p.m. on meeting days. Although they will not be read during the hearing, comments will be provided to the reviewing body and so entered into the record as evidence for the public hearing or citizen comments.
