Care for Colorado this Autumn
As the summer buzz quiets down and the air turns crisp, Dillon settles into the golden calm of autumn. The mountains are transformed into a canvas of yellow aspens, rusty reds, and deep browns — the perfect time to slow down, breathe it all in, and enjoy the beauty of the season. Whether you’re out hiking, biking, or simply soaking up the last of the fall colors, remember to Care for Colorado by sticking to the trail. Sticking to the trail is a simple yet crucial action that ensures visitor safety, reduces the risk of getting lost, and preserves Colorado's precious plant life and the habitats of local wildlife. It can be tempting to wander from the path when there’s so much beauty to chase in Dillon, Colorado, but staying the course keeps natural lands healthy.
