- Cushing and Terrell presented the marina restaurant refined concept and council discussed the direction of the project.
- Council discussed the walkability plan for the Town of Dillon.
- Council discussed the Trails Master Plan.

Regular Meeting
- Consent Agenda - Council approved the items on the Consent Agenda including:
- Minutes of Regular Meeting of June 10, 2025
- Approval of the bill list dated June 20, 2025 and the Payroll Ledger dated June 13, 2025.
- Excused absence for Council Member Rachel Tuyn for the Regular Council Meeting on June 10, 2025.

Ordinance No. 06-25, Series of 2025 - First reading to set the public hearing for a bill for an ordinance approving the grant of a cable franchise to Comcast of California/Colorado/Florida/Oregon, INC., and approving a cable franchise agreement between Comcast of California/Colorado/Florida/Oregon, INC., and the Town of Dillon, Colorado.

Resolution No. 26-25, Series of 2025 - A resolution amending an intergovernmental agreement with Summit County and other neighboring jurisdictions regarding the imposition of a special sales tax on cigarettes, tobacco products, and nicotine products to include the Town of Keystone.

Ordinance No. 05-25, Series of 2025 - Second reading and public hearing for an ordinance of the Town of Dillon, Colorado amending Section 2-2-30 of the Dillon Municipal Code to repeal Robert's Rules of Order was approved.
- Council entered into an Executive Session pursuant to C.R.S. 24-6-402(4)(b) for a conference with the Town Attorney regarding Council communications.

Coffee with Council - New Location!
Coffee with Council will be moving to the Dillon Farmers Market for the summer! Join us every Friday at the picnic tables in front of the Dillon booth for open conversations with your elected officials. The conversations will be from 9 to 10:30 a.m.
Public Comment
We encourage citizens to attend meetings in person to express comments either during public comment, which occurs shortly after the meeting begins, or at a public hearing.
Public comment may also be submitted electronically. Public comment must be submitted by 1 p.m. on meeting days. Although they will not be read during the hearing, comments will be provided to the reviewing body and so entered into the record as evidence for the public hearing or citizen comments.
