- Consent Agenda - Council approved the items on the Consent Agenda including:

Minutes of the Regular Meeting of May 13, 2025.
- Approval of the bill list dated May 22, 2025 and the Payroll Ledger dated May 16, 2025.
- Excused absence for Mayor Carolyn Skowyra for the Regular Council Meeting on April 29, 2025.

Resolution No. 21-25, Series of 2025 - A resolution authorizing the Town Manager to sign a lease amendment with group 4G's, LLC

Resolution No. 22-25, Series of 2025 - A resolution of the Town of Dillon, Colorado authorizing the Town Manager to sign the Xcel Energy EV charging infrastructure rebate program reservation letter; and, setting forth details in relation thereto.
Dillon Keystone Police Department Presentation
- The officers of the Dillon Keystone Police Department were sworn in.
- The new Dillon Keystone Police Department logo was revealed.
- The Logo patch and badge pay tribute to both towns' sprit and shared responsibility of public safety.
- Officers Dana DeGraaf, Dan Ropers, and Detective Chris Scherr were presented with lifesaving awards from the American Police Hall of Fame for administering CPR which resulted in saving the life of a community member. - Commendations were given to Detective Allen Jambor, Officer Dan Ropers, Officer Anna Shanks, Sergeant Craig Johnson, Sergeant Adam Nance, and Shawn Murdoch.

Public Comment
We encourage citizens to attend meetings in person to express comments either during public comment, which occurs shortly after the meeting begins, or at a public hearing.
Public comment may also be submitted electronically. Public comment must be submitted by 1 p.m. on meeting days. Although they will not be read during the hearing, comments will be provided to the reviewing body and so entered into the record as evidence for the public hearing or citizen comments.
