- Building Hope Summit County gave a presentation on the state of mental health in Summit County.
- Council discussed the Town Core Master Plan from MSA that was approved in March of 2020.
- Council discussed the results of the recent Town Core commercial vacancy study.
- Council reviewed Town Center properties - highlighting Town-owned versus individually held properties.

- Consent Agenda - Council approved the items on the Consent Agenda including:

- Approval of the bill list dated May 9, 2025 and the Payroll Ledger dated May 2, 2025.
- Resolution No. 20-25, Series of 2025 - A resolution by the Town of Dillon, Colorado, designating authorized signatories for the Town's banking and investment accounts.
- Consideration of Approval to use Town-owned property
- Town Cleanup Day
- Lake Dillon Beer Festival
- Council discussed a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a facilitator for community forums.
- Council entered into Executive Session pursuant to 24-6-402(4)(b), C.R.S. for the purpose of a conference with the Town Attorney to receive legal advice on the adopted rules of procedure.

Dillon Urban Renewal Authority Meeting

Consent Agenda - DURA approved the items on the consent agenda including:

DURA Resolution No. 04-25, Series of 2025 - A resolution conditionally approving an application from Lake Dillon Preschool and Early Learning Center for Urban Renewal assistance in connection with playground improvements was approved.
- DURA entered into Executive Session pursuant to 24-6-402(4)(b), C.R.S. for the purpose of a conference with the Town Attorney to receive legal advice on the status of DURA's request for proposals for redevelopment of the Dillon Town Center.

Coffee with Council
Join us for Coffee with Council on Tuesday, May 20 from 7:30 to 9:00 a.m. at the new Dillon Coffee Lab located at 124 Main Street, Unit 107 in downtown Dillon. This is a great opportunity to connect with your local leaders in a relaxed, informal setting. Council Members Rachel Tuyn and Barb Richard will be on hand to chat, listen, and engage in open conversations about the issues that matter to you. Let’s come together, share opinions, and help shape the future of our town — one conversation at a time.

Public Comment
We encourage citizens to attend meetings in person to express comments either during public comment, which occurs shortly after the meeting begins, or at a public hearing.
Public comment may also be submitted electronically. Public comment must be submitted by 1 p.m. on meeting days. Although they will not be read during the hearing, comments will be provided to the reviewing body and so entered into the record as evidence for the public hearing or citizen comments.
