Work Session
- Town Council discussed seasonal managed parking for the Marina Lot, Dillon Amphitheater Lot, and Lodgepole Street.
- The Summit Community Care Clinic's Chief Executive Officer, Josh Cogdill and Director of Strategic Operations & Development, Sarah Dayton gave a presentation to Dillon Town Council.
- Town Attorney Erica Romberg presented the Town Council Roles and Responsibilities to the Dillon Town Council.
- Town Council reviewed and discussed Civility Starts Here from the Colorado Municipal League.
Regular Meeting
- Linda Oliver, Barb Richard, and Joshua Samuel were sworn in as the three newest Dillon Town Council Members.

- Consent Agenda - Council approved the items on the Consent Agenda including:
- Minutes of the Regular Meeting of March 11, 2025.
- Approval of the bill list dated March 20, 2025 and the Payroll Ledger dated March 21, 2025.
- Dillon Town Council appointed Council Member Rachel Tuyn to serve as Mayor Pro Tem for a two (2) year term.

Resolution No. 12-25, Series of 2025 - A continuation of the public hearing from the March 11, 2025 Regular Meeting for a resolution approving an application for a Class S-1 Subdivision and Variance for Re-subdivision of Lot 8R, Block M, New Town of Dillon. The resolution was approved.

Resolution No. 14-25, Series of 2025 - A resolution authorizing the Town of Dillon, Colorado to enter into an agreement to buy and sell real estate with the Dillon Urban Renewal Authority, Colorado; and, setting forth details in relation thereto was approved.
- The new Council Members were appointed to serve on various committees. All elected Council Members will be expected to serve as a Dillon representative on other committees and report on those committees to the Council.

DURA Resolution No. 02-25, Series of 2025 - A resolution authorizing the Dillon Urban Renewal Authority to enter into an agreement to buy and sell real estate with the Town of Dillon, Colorado; authorizing and directing the appropriate DURA commissioners to sign said agreement; and, setting forth details in relation thereto was not approved.

Public Comment
We encourage citizens to attend meetings in person to express comments either during public comment, which occurs shortly after the meeting begins, or at a public hearing.
Public comment may also be submitted electronically. Public comment must be submitted by 1 p.m. on meeting days. Although they will not be read during the hearing, comments will be provided to the reviewing body and so entered into the record as evidence for the public hearing or citizen comments.
