- Council discussed the Accessory Dwelling Unit Program and it's requirements.
- Council discussed the Town Center utility infrastructure.
- Council discussed the 103 Main Street utility requirements.
- Finance Director, Mary Kay Perrotti gave a report to the Council.
Regular Meeting
- Consent Agenda - Council approved the items on the Consent Agenda including:
- Minutes of the Regular Meeting of January 14, 2025.
- Approval of the bill list dated January 21, 2025 and the Payroll Ledger dated January 10, 2025 and Payroll Ledger dated January 24, 2025.
- Excused absences for Mayor Carolyn Skowyra and Council Member Kyle Hendricks for the January 14, 2025 Regular Council Meeting.
- First reading to set the public hearing for Ordinance No. 01-25, Series of 2025 - An ordinance amending chapter 16 parking requirements for core area zone district restaurants.
- First reading to set the public hearing for Ordinance No. 02-25, Series of 2025 - An ordinance amending chapter 16 conditional uses in commercial and mixed zone districts.

Resolution No. 05-25, Series of 2025 - A resolution of the Town of Dillon, Colorado to approve the Intergovernmental Agreement between the Town of Dillon and the Town of Keystone to create a joint police department was approved.

Resolution No. 06-25, Series of 2025 - A resolution by the Town Council of the Town of Dillon, Colorado, approving a right-of-way encroachment license agreement for the Lake View Condominiums was approved.

Resolution No. 07-25, Series of 2025 - A resolution of the Town of Dillon, Colorado adopting a Family and Medical Leave Insurance (FAMLI) Policy was approved.

Consent Agenda - DURA approved the items on the consent agenda including:
- Minutes from the January 14, 2025 meeting.
- Excused absences for Mayor Carolyn Skowyra and Council Member Kyle Hendricks for the January 14, 2025 DURA Meeting.
- DURA viewed presentations from Lake Dillon Place LLC and JGJP Dillon LLC.
- DURA discussed the proposals from Lake Dillon Place LLC and JGJP Dillon LLC.
- DURA directed staff to work with JGJP Dillon, LLC to formalize an agreement based on the concept proposed.

Public comment may also be submitted electronically. Public comment must be submitted by 1 p.m. on meeting days. Although they will not be read during the hearing, comments will be provided to the reviewing body and so entered into the record as evidence for the public hearing or citizen comments.
