- Consent Agenda - Council approved the items on the Consent Agenda including:
- Approval of the bill list dated January 9, 2025 and the Payroll Ledger dated December 27, 2024.
- Minutes of the Regular Meeting of December 10, 2024

Resolution No. 01-25, Series of 2025 - A resolution designating the places for publishing legal notices and posting meeting notices.

Resolution No. 02-25, Series of 2025 - A resolution authorizing the appointment of election judges and fixing their compensation for the March 4, 2025 Special Municipal Election.

Resolution No. 03-25, Series of 2025 - A resolution authorizing the Town of Dillon, Colorado, to sign the annual highway user tax fund mileage change certification report.

Resolution No. 04-25, Series of 2025 - A resolution of the Town Council of the Town of Dillon, Colorado, amending the policies regarding access to public records was approved.
- Council discussed creating a Dillon Amphitheater subcommittee.
- Council entered into an executive session for the purpose of discussing the purchase of real property under C.R.S. Section 24-6-402(4)(a), and for the purpose of determining positions relative to matters that may be subject to negotiation, developing strategy for negotiations, and/or instructing negotiators under C.R.S. Section 24-6-402(4)(e), and the following additional details are provided for identification purposes: Town Council to discuss strategy and negation parameters in acquiring real property located within the town limits.

Consent Agenda - DURA approved the item on the consent agenda including:
- Minutes from the December 10, 2024 meeting.
- DURA reviewed a redevelopment application for 103 Main Street and vicinity Town owned properties submitted by the Dillon Development Company LLC.
- DURA reviewed two redevelopment proposals for the DURA Owned "Pug Ryan's Parking Lot" Area - Lots: SW-1, SW-2, SW-3, & Potentially Portions of SE-4. The two proposals were submitted by Lake Dillon Place LLC and JGJP Dillon LLC.

Note: Town Council meetings take place on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month.
Public Comment
We encourage citizens to attend meetings in person to express comments either during public comment, which occurs shortly after the meeting begins, or at a public hearing.
Public comment may also be submitted electronically. Public comment must be submitted by 1 p.m. on meeting days. Although they will not be read during the hearing, comments will be provided to the reviewing body and so entered into the record as evidence for the public hearing or citizen comments.
