Work Session
- Council discussed a Code amendment to advance the Pay As You Throw (PAYT) program.
- Council discussed the five year plan for both the Capital and the Streets funds to be included in the 2025 budget.
Regular Meeting

Resolution No. 47-24, Series of 2024 - A resolution appointing Erica Romberg as town attorney and approving a legal services agreement with Wilson Williams Fellman Dittman was approved.

Resolution No 48-24, Series of 2024 - A resolution approving a construction contract with Beetle Kill Tree Guys for the Dillon Nature Preserve Hazardous Fuels Reduction Project 2024 was approved.

Resolution No 49-24, Series of 2024 - Town Council considered and approved a Resolution adopting the amended Colorado Retirement Association (CRA) Participation Agreement, and the Voluntary Retirement Program.

Note: Town Council meetings take place on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month.
Public Comment
We encourage citizens to attend meetings in person to express comments either during public comment, which occurs shortly after the meeting begins, or at a public hearing.
Public comment may also be submitted electronically. Public comment must be submitted by 1 p.m. on meeting days. Although they will not be read during the hearing, comments will be provided to the reviewing body and so entered into the record as evidence for the public hearing or citizen comments.
