Work Session
- Council members interviewed Oliver Luck for the open council seat.
- Council discussed sponsorship guidelines for the Dillon Amphitheater and other town programming including sponsorship types, promotional assets and target categories that council would like to see targeted or avoided.
- Council discussed a new trash and recycling enclosure in the Marina Parking Lot area. The enclosure would accommodate trash/recycling for the Dillon Marina, Public Works, and Events and Recreation departments.
- Council discussed parking including no-tow in-town lots, ticketing and DUI validation.

Ordinance No. 03-24, Series of 2024 - An ordinance amending chapters 13 and 19 of the Dillon Municipal Code regarding monthly water charges for workforce housing projects outside the corporate limits of the town was approved and the public hearing was set for June 11, 2024.

Ordinance No. 04-24 - Series of 2024 - A resolution for setting days and times for regular meetings of the Dillon Town Council was approved.

Resolution No. 21-24, Series of 2024 - A resolution revising fees charged for parking in town-owned parking lots was approved.

Resolution No. 23-24, Series of 2024 - A resolution by the Town Council of the Town of Dillon, appointing Oliver Luck to the Dillon Town Council was approved.

Resolution No. 24-24, Series of 2024 - A resolution supporting the inclusion of the Town of Keystone in the Summit Combined Housing Authority was approved.

Resolution No. 25-24, Series of 2024 - A resolution by the Town Council approving a right-of-way encroachment license agreement for the La Riva Del Lago condominium building was approved.

Resolution No. 26-24, Series of 2024 - A resolution approving a contract with Cushing Terrell for the 2024 Marina Restaurant concept design project was approved.

Resolution No. 27-24, Series of 2024 - A resolution setting days and times for regular meetings of the Dillon Town Council was approved.
- Council entered into an executive session pursuant to Section 3-4(3) of the Dillon Home Rule Charter and C.R.S. § 24-6-402(4)(b) for the purpose of receiving legal advice on specific legal questions concerning use of the Dillon Amphitheater.
- Oliver Luck was sworn in as the newest Dillon Town Council Member.

Dillon Urban Renewal Authority Meeting

Resolution No. 03-24, Series of 2024 - A resolution authorizing the Dillon Urban Renewal Authority to enter into an agreement to buy and sell real estate with the Town of Dillon, authorizing and directing the appropriate DURA commissioners to sign said agreement; and, setting forth details in relation thereto was approved.
- Council expressed interest in considering entering into a public private partnership with JGJP Dillon LLC for a mixed-use workforce housing PUD project.

Note: Town Council meetings now take place on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month.
Public Comment
We encourage citizens to attend meetings in person to express comments either during public comment, which occurs shortly after the meeting begins, or at a public hearing.
Public comment may also be submitted electronically. Public comment must be submitted by 1 p.m. on meeting days. Although they will not be read during the hearing, comments will be provided to the reviewing body and so entered into the record as evidence for the public hearing or citizen comments.
