Work Session
- Council discussed the Trails Master Plan and Zerhen and Associates asked council for input on their priorities within the plan.
- Treetop Child Advocacy Center gave a presentation on their programs and history.
- Council discussed parking requirements and incentives in the Core Area Zone District. This discussion will continue at a future council meeting.

Ordinance No. 01-24, Series of 2024 - An ordinance amending Chapter 16 of the Dillon Municipal Code regarding waste and recycling enclosures was approved on first reading and the public hearing date was set for March 19, 2024.

Resolution No. 10-24, Series of 2024 - A resolution adopting policies regarding remote attendance and hosting options for public meetings and quasi-judicial hearings was approved.

Ordinance No. 11-23, Series of 2023 - An ordinance amending Division 2, Article III, Chapter 16 of the Dillon Municipal Code regarding the new Marina Overlay Zone District was approved.

Resolution No. 08-24, Series of 2024 - A resolution making supplemental appropriations to various funds for the Town of Dillon, Colorado for the 2023 budget year was approved.

Resolution No. 09-24, Series of 2024 - A resolution adopting a masterplan for Highway 6 roundabouts was approved.

Resolution No. 11-24, Series of 2024 - A resolution adopting revised employee housing policies and lease agreements concerning the town-owned units located at 0558 County Road 51 and 701 Anemone Trail was approved.

Resolution PZ 01-24, Series of 2024 - A resolution recommending approval of a Level IV Development application for a PUD development plan for 626 & 652 Lake Dillon Drive and 153 & 223 W. La Bonte Street, was approved with conditions.
