NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

            PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at the Regular Meeting scheduled for June 6, 2023, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the Town of Dillon will conduct a public hearing on the following item:

Ordinance 05-2023, Series of 2023, An Ordinance approving a Level IV Development Application for a PUD Development Plan for 780 Little Beaver Trail. 

The public hearing shall be held before the Dillon Town Council at the Regular Meeting beginning at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 6, 2023 at Dillon Town Hall, 275 Lake Dillon Drive, Dillon, Colorado.  Members of the public are invited to attend and comment on the subject matter of the public hearing. Information may be obtained by contacting the Town of Dillon Planning Department and the Town of Dillon website at: www.townofdillon.com.
