Request for Proposals – Janitorial Services 2022

 
The Town of Dillon (Town) is seeking janitorial services for the following
Dillon facilities: Dillon Town Hall/Police Department, Dillon Amphitheater
and Dillon Marina Restrooms. The specifications for each facility are listed
below. Bids must include separate rates for each facility and bidders may
submit for one or all facilities.

Sealed bids will be accepted by the Town Clerk, Dillon Town Hall, PO Box
8, 275 Lake Dillon Drive, Dillon, Colorado 80435 no later than 3 pm on
Wednesday, April 27, 2022. The successful bidder will be required to
obtain a Dillon Business License and provide proof of liability insurance
and workers compensation insurance naming the Town of Dillon as
additionally insured.

The Town reserves the right to award the janitorial services contract for
any or all of the facilities or reject any or all bids.

A pre-bid conference and walk through of each facility with Town staff will
be held at 9 am on April 12, 2022. Please meet at Dillon Town Hall, 275
Lake Dillon Drive, Dillon, Colorado.

JANITORIAL SERVICES SPECIFICATIONS –
Dillon Town Hall/Police Department
275 Lake Dillon Drive, Dillon, Colorado
Effective June 1, 2022

 
Please submit bid based on cleaning Dillon Town Hall/Police
Department two times per week on Wednesdays between 5 pm and
10 pm and Sundays anytime.

Each Service:
• Clean restrooms;
• Stock paper products and hand soap in restrooms and kitchen;
• Vacuum all carpet, including stairs;
• Clean all entry door glass;
• Dust offices, entry and stairway railing;
• Clean and empty trash cans;
• Sweep and mop all tile and linoleum floors;
• Clean glass in partitions between offices;
• Clean Council table;
• Clean floor in Supply room
• Clean plexiglass window on first and second floors
(use water & vinegar or mild detergent with a soft cloth)
Monthly Service:
• Polish all tile and linoleum floors;
• Clean fire exit stairway;
• Clean pictures on walls;
• Clean windows (inside only) and blinds.
• Town of Dillon will supply all trash can liners, paper towels, toilet paper
and hand soap.
• Janitorial service will provide all cleaning supplies and equipment
(including vacuum cleaner) to perform services.

JANITORIAL SERVICES SPECIFICATIONS –
Dillon Marina Restrooms, 150 Marina Drive
Effective June 2022

Please submit bid based on cleaning Dillon Marina Restrooms every
evening between the hours of 9 pm and 7:30 am from June 1, 2022 to
September 30, 2022.

Each Service:
• Clean restrooms including 6 toilets, 2 urinals, 4 showers and 4
sinks
• Stock paper products and hand soap in restrooms;
• Clean all glass;
• Clean and empty trash cans;
• Sweep and mop all tile and linoleum floors;
• Town of Dillon will supply all trash can liners, paper towels, toilet paper
and hand soap.
• Janitorial service will provide all cleaning supplies and equipment to
perform services.

JANITORIAL SERVICES SPECIFICATIONS –
Dillon Amphitheater Restrooms, 93 Lodgepole
Effective June 2022

Please submit bid based on cleaning Dillon Amphitheater Restrooms
every Friday and Saturday evening from June 11, 2022 to September
17, 2022 between the hours of 11 pm and 7 am and every Sunday
evening from July 3, 2022 to August 28, 2022 between the hours of
11 pm and 7 am.

Please submit a separate bid based on cleaning the Dillon
Amphitheater Restrooms on a per night basis for weekday concerts
between the hours of 11 pm and 7 am.

Each Service:
• Remove all trash from restroom and green room facilities including
cans, bottles, cups etc.
• Clean restrooms including 38 toilets, 8 urinals, 25 sinks and 2
showers
• Stock paper products and hand soap in restrooms and kitchen;
• Clean all glass;
• Clean and empty trash cans;
• Sweep and mop all tile and linoleum floors;
• Clean stainless steel dividers;
• Town of Dillon will supply all trash can liners, paper towels, toilet paper
and hand soap.
• Janitorial service will provide all cleaning supplies and equipment to
perform services.

JANITORIAL SERVICES SPECIFICATIONS –
Dillon Marina Park and Rec Path Restrooms, 93 Lodgepole
Effective June 2022

Please submit bid based on cleaning Dillon Marina Park and Rec
Path Restrooms twice daily from June 1, 2022 to September 30, 2022
between the hours of 11 pm and 7 am and between hours of 1 pm
and 4 pm.

Each Service:
• Remove all trash from restroom facilities including cans, bottles,
cups etc.
• Clean restrooms including 7 toilets, 2 urinals, 7 sinks;
• Stock paper products and hand soap in restrooms;
• Clean all glass;
• Clean and empty trash cans;
• Sweep and mop all floors;
• Clean stainless steel dividers;
• Town of Dillon will supply all trash can liners, paper towels, toilet paper
and hand soap.
• Janitorial service will provide all cleaning supplies and equipment to
perform services.
