NEW Trip Tracker Business List

  • Search the list online - it will always have the most current information.
  • Print a list (pdf) to keep handy - it is 2 sided.

Remember, the searchable list online is always the most updated list. We update the printable pdf at the same time, but since changes do occur throughout the school year, a previously printed list could become outdated.

October was Walk to School Month.

Even though our first social media campaign is over, please continue to tag us in pictures on Twitter and Instagram using #TripTrackersInAction throughout the school year.

We'd love to see how you interact with the program, from how you travel to and from school, reporting trip online, to receiving your Tracker Buck rewards, or spending those well earned Bucks, and more! As always, thanks for participating in Trip Tracker!

See you again in May for Bike to School Month!

Key Reminders

Each school year:

  • Program Registration/Re-Registration starts in August and is open through April. The Trip Tracker Program & your school will let you know when it is time to do so.
  • August is for registration (no trip tracking or trip reporting), since schools and grades start on different days.
  • September through April is for Trip Tracking.
  • October through May is for Trip Reporting and Tracker Buck Reward Distribution.
  • May is for the final reward distribution and all Tracker Bucks expire on May 31.
  • Trips are tracked at home for one month at a time. Use any tracking tool you prefer. The Trip Tracker Program provides optional Tracking Calendars that are available online starting for September.
  • Trip Reporting (online) is done the first week of school, after each tracked month (repeats October through May).
  • Log into your Trip Tracker account to report trips during each school month's week long reporting period OR anytime to see your prior activity & results.
  • Earned Tracker Buck rewards can be spent only at locally-owned Businesses participating in Trip Tracker - a new Trip Tracker Business List is available starting each September and is always available/current on the Trip Tracker website.
  • Remember that some Trip Tracker Businesses have spending limits, so check the Trip Tracker Businesses List before you go spend, if that is helpful to you.
