The California Department of Fish and Wildlife, along with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service,, the California Natural Resources Agency, the National Marine Fisheries Service, the United States Environmental Protection Agency, the State Water Resources Control Board, and the Natural Resources Conservation Service, as potential participants in Interagency Review Teams (IRT), collectively known as IRT agencies, is hosting a virtual public meeting on October 27, 2025, from 1:00-3:00 pm. The purpose of this meeting is to provide mitigation banking updates and solicit input from stakeholders.

The MOU was updated and executed in 2011. Pursuant to the 2011 MOU, the BAMT, in coordination with the PDT, is responsible for hosting public meetings to provide updates on templates, guidance, processes, etc., or to address areas for improvement in mitigation and conservation banking.
