Public Notice of Proposed Bank Enabling Instrument Template Revisions

The Project Delivery Team (PDT), established by the 2011 inter-agency Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) concerning Mitigation and Conservation Banking and In-Lieu Fee Programs in California, has updated the Bank Enabling Instrument (BEI) template.
The U.S. Army Corp of Engineers (USACE) has published a Public Notice to inform the banking community and other interested parties of the proposed template revisions.
USACE is soliciting comments from the public, federal, state, and local agencies, Indian tribes, and other interested parties to consider and evaluate the proposed revisions.
