Property Assessment and Warranty (PAW) Updated and Published

California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) along with District of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Region IX of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Field Office of the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration's National Marine Fisheries Service, State Water Resources Control Board, and California Regional Water Quality Control Board have finalized and updated the Property Assessment and Warranty (PAW) template including additions of two new reference documents to the PAW.
The PAW and new reference documents along with other banking templates are available on CDFW’s webpage.
