San Ramon Redistricting Process

The City of San Ramon is beginning the process of re-drawing the district lines for future City Council elections, based on new data from the 2020 Census.

Public input is key to the redistricting process, and the process will include a minimum of four (4) public hearings. These hearings will take place at the City Council meetings listed below, and the redistricting process is expected to be complete in the spring of 2022.

Public Hearing 1: Education and Introduction of Public Outreach 

Tue, Jan 25, 2022 at 7 p.m.
Public Hearing 2: Consideration of Public Input and Preliminary Discussion

Thu, Feb 17, 2022 at 7 p.m.
Public Hearing 3: Consideration of Draft Maps and Direction on Refinement

Tue, Mar 22, 2022 at 7 p.m.
Public Hearing 4: Consideration of Final Maps
