City Council Meetings – May 25

The City Council has two meetings on Tuesday, May 25, 2021 that will be held via teleconference.

At 4:00 p.m. there will be a City Council special meeting to discuss and review the preliminary operating budget for fiscal year 2021/2022. The special meeting agenda is available at https://bit.ly/3ua2mya.

The regular meeting will start at 7:00 p.m. The City Council will proclaim May 22-28, 2021 as National Safe Boating Week.

Under new business, there are five items recommended for approval. This includes receiving the Teen Council Annual Report 2020/21; considering for adoption an update to the San Ramon Residential Traffic Calming Program Handbook and Toolkit; public hearings confirming the landscape and lighting district assessment diagrams and assessments and levying of fiscal year 2021/22 assessments for both The Preserve and District No. 1984-1; and lastly the Council will also receive an update to the Crow Canyon Gardens and Mudd’s structures.

Nine items are scheduled on the consent calendar. Consent items are considered routine business items and are voted on in one motion. A member of the council may pull an item for a separate vote or discussion, and any member of the public may speak to one of these items before the vote.
