Survey: Recycle 2020: Rate San Ramon's Garbage and Recycling Program
Introduction
The City’s current agreement with Waste Management will expire in 2019. The City will either have to negotiate a contract extension with Waste Management or conduct a competitive bid process. We are seeking feedback from residents on the quality of the services provided by Waste Management. We have divided the questions into two parts:

Service Design (types of services offered, materials accepted for recycling, number of neighborhood clean-up days, etc.) which is the responsibility of the City.

Service Delivery (number of missed pick-ups, effectiveness and politeness of the customer service representatives who answer the phones, accurate billing, timely response to complaints, etc.) which is the responsibility of Waste Management.
