Request for Proposals - COVID-19 Testing Services

The County of Sonoma is pleased to invite you to respond to a Request for Proposals for COVID-19 testing services.

The County is seeking proposals for vendors who can provide COVID-19 testing resources to County of Sonoma departments, as needed.

Required services for this contract are:
• Ability to provide ADA approved, PCR testing for County departments either as part of an on-site testing program where tests are administered by vendor staff, or as self-administered program where the vendor supplies the tests and employees collect the sample themselves, and tests are either transported or mailed to the vendor’s lab for processing.
• Ability to return test results to the County and employee within 48 hours or less.
• Ability to maintain data confidentiality.
• Ability to respond to the County’s testing needs quickly when an outbreak occurs by having supplies and/or staff in place to begin testing within 5 business days.

Submittals must be received no later than 2pm on June 10, 2021.
