San Mateo County Health System Chief Announces Resignation

SAN MATEO, Calif. — Jean Fraser, Chief of San Mateo County Health System, today announced her decision to leave the Health System, effective July 10, 2015.

“Having worked in or around county health care systems for 20 years, and seeing the progress made in the United States and in San Mateo County due to the Affordable Care Act, I now feel I can move on to pursue other passions,” Fraser said in a statement to her 2,200 staff members. Read more.
