Draft Behavioral Health Services Act (BHSA) Three-Year Integrated Plan - Public Comment closing soon!

The draft Behavioral Health Services Act (BHSA) Three Year Integrated Plan (IP) for fiscal years 2026-2029 is now available for review on the MHSA and BHSA Transition websites.

The Behavioral Health Commission (BHC) will review public comments received to date and vote to approve the draft BHSA IP and close the public comment period at the BHC meeting on Wednesday, March 4th. Meeting detials below:

Community members are encouraged to attend the BHC in person or via Zoom to provide public comment. Some quick tips on how to give public comment at a public meeting can be found here. Community members may also submit feedback on the draft IP, as follows:
