The San Mateo County Board of Supervisors met in-person with remote public participation available via Zoom on Nov. 4, 2025. Supervisor Ray Mueller was absent. Below are the results of selected items on the agenda:
HEALTH
- Adopt a resolution authorizing an agreement with Telecare Corporation for crisis hotline and mobile crisis response team dispatch services, for the term of August 1, 2025 through September 30, 2027, in an amount not to exceed $3,785,551.
The Board of Supervisors voted 3-0 to adopt the resolution. Supervisor Ray Mueller was absent from the meeting and Board President David Canepa was absent from the vote. See Regular Agenda, Item No. 3, for more information.
SHERIFF
- Adopt a resolution authorizing an amendment to the agreement with the County of San Mateo Transit District (“District”) exercising the option to extend the agreement by one five-year term and receive law enforcement services from the Sheriff's Office, from July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2030, with reimbursement to the County for FY 2025-26 in the amount of $9,633,203 and revised calculated rates effective July 1 of each year of the term.
BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
- Adopt a resolution affirming the County of San Mateo’s commitment to preventing teen dating violence and supporting education, programs, and services to provide resources to youth on teen dating violence
- Adopt a resolution declaring suicide among men and boys a public health crisis in San Mateo County and expressing support for Executive Order N-31-25 Issued by Governor Gavin Newsom.
COUNTY EXECUTIVE
- Adopt a resolution:
- A) Authorizing and directing the President of the Board to execute a subscription services agreement and associated order schedule with Anaplan, Inc. to provide a budget system software as a service platform, for the term November 17, 2025 to November 16, 2030 for a total amount not to exceed $1,724,829, with an option to renew for an additional five years for a total amount not to exceed $3,808,789.82 for the entire term through November 16, 2035; and
- B) Authorizing and directing the President of the Board to execute a master services agreement and associated statement of work documents with TruEd Consulting, Inc. to provide implementation services relating to the Anaplan, Inc. budget system software, for the term November 17, 2025 to November 16, 2029 for a total amount not to exceed $4,938,500.
