Applications are now open for the Talent Accelerator—the County’s popular, high-impact development program for non-management staff!

The Talent Accelerator is San Mateo County’s internal professional development initiative designed to empower non-management employees in their careers. This program is tailored to enhance core skill sets essential for career advancement and includes complimentary coaching to further support individuals eager to grow here at the County.
