Our First Epic Go-Live Readiness Assessment

This week, Integr8 Health analysts and leaders gathered at our first Integr8 Health Go-Live Readiness Assessment (GLRA). The GLRAs are designed to help us identify project risks, plan for resolution of outstanding issues, and communicate concerns about our readiness. Practicing Before Go-Live

Over the next several weeks, design team members, super users, and others will begin developing day-in-the-life (DIL) activities. These activities will help staff prepare for go-live by offering an opportunity to practice what they learned in Epic role-based training, and new and updated operational workflows. Updated Training Information

Epic recently sent emails out to all users who are registered for role-based training to provide more detail on the training location. More information is posted on the Integr8 Health SharePoint site. There’s also a link to a full training FAQ, which is updated regularly as we get new information.

Super User Updates

Super user role-based training is right around the corner in August. Not registered for your role-based training in August? Ask your manager right away! As part of our super user readiness preparation, we’re hosting monthly “Super User Basics” sessions until go live. The dates of the sessions were added to the super user info page on SharePoint.
