On Tuesday, Sept. 12, you're invited to attend a FREE, Human Trafficking Training for Law Enforcement from 0730 to 1700 at the Rocklin Event Center in Rocklin, CA. The training is conducted by Happy Medina, a recently retired investigator with the Orange County Human Trafficking Task Force.
