Presentation: Five Step Process to Eliminate Human Trafficking in Massage, and information about a new training, “Operation Get Smart.” Speakers: Rick McElroy, CAMTC Director of Law and Code Enforcement Relations (Detective III Rick McElroy, retired, is a 32-year veteran with LAPD, including 28 years assigned to citywide vice enforcement), and Beverly May, CAMTC's Director of Governmental Relations and Human Trafficking.
