METRO - Addressing Intermitten Headsign Errors

Hello METRO Customers,

Santa Cruz METRO would like to inform you that due to a system update we are experiencing a fleet wide headsign error. This has resulted in the headsigns intermittently displaying incorrect routes and in some cases displaying an “out of service” error.

Please know that we are in the process of addressing and resolving this. In the meantime, all of our routes will continue to run per the schedule. We apologize for any inconvenience.
