Despite the challenges of this pandemic, the actions you took this year made a difference in saving lives. As we begin to conclude this year, we hope more residents will choose to vaccinate or get their booster shots now so we can end the pandemic.
We are thankful for the businesses, community and healthcare organizations, educators, and individuals throughout our county who share our commitment to improving health equity and access to care in our community. Through leadership, continuous improvement, and teamwork, we continue to work with our community partners towards our vision of “Healthy People in a Healthy Stanislaus”.
