Current Activity: Week Beginnig March 30, 2014. Night work will begin with the water main construction on Santa Rosa Avenue starting at Colgan Avenue working south with traffic control in effect 8:15 P.M. to 6:00 A.M. Night work will continue on the sanitary sewer replacement on Yolanda Avenue with a night time detour closing Yolanda Avenue to westbound traffic beginning at 8:15 P.M. and opening back up at 6:00 A.M. Daytime work will begin on pedestrian ramp construction at 6:00 A.M to 3:30 P.M. with intermittent traffic control. Work may be delayed due to weather as rain is forecast for part of the week. It is the City of Santa Rosa’s objective to provide a safe and efficient transportation system for all our residents. In an effort to minimize disruptions to traffic flow we will be working at night along this corridor. Traffic control will at times decrease available traffic lanes and redirect pedestrians to use marked routes, however access will be maintained to homes and businesses at all times during this project. We are committed to helping minimize the impacts to the community as this project progresses.
