CONSTRUCTION UPDATE – WATER SERVICE LINE REPLACEMENTS
The repair of fire damaged portions of the water system is now underway. City hired local contractors, TerraCon Constructors and Northern Pacific Corporation, began replacing fire damaged water services this week. City crews are on-site to assist with water turn offs and water system flushing. It is estimated that all fire damaged water services will be replaced by the end of August 2018.

INSIDE THE ADVISORY AREA
On Monday, June 25, 2018 TerraCon Constructors, a Healdsburg based contractor hired to remove and replace contaminated water services, started in the Fountaingrove water quality advisory area. Work is now underway and includes trenching in streets from the water main to the water meter to replace City-owned water service lines. The City anticipates that water service replacements in the advisory area will be complete by mid-August 2018.

OUTSIDE THE ADVISORY AREA
On Monday, June 25, 2018 Northern Pacific Corporation, a Napa based contractor hired to remove and replace contaminated water services, started work outside of the water quality advisory area. Extensive water quality sampling identified 150 contaminated City-owned water service lines to burned properties. City crews replaced 60 of these water services and the remaining 90 will be replaced by Northern Pacific Corporation. This work includes trenching from the water main to the meter to replace City-owned water service lines. The City anticipates that water service replacements outside of the advisory area will be complete by the end of August 2018.
