County of San Diego, California Eye Gnats - Jacumba Update

The County of San Diego Vector Control Program has a web page dedicated to the Jacumba Eye Gnat Project at Eye Gnat Web Page. On this page the Nuisance Prevention Plan (plan), correspondence, compliance reports and a weekly tally of complaints received are posted.  

Bornt Farms in Jacumba was inspected Wednesday July 27, 2011 for compliance with the 2011 Eye Gnat Nuisance Prevention Plan.  The inspection sheet for the most recent visit is now posted and the complaint logs have been updated.  Additional details will be posted on the website as they become available.   

PLEASE NOTE: The telephone number for filing complaints will remain 858-694-2629. Vector staff will monitor the calls, keep a log sheet and forward any call requesting a call back to the Vector Ecologist.
