Disability-friendly COVID-19 vaccine clinic this Friday 4/30 – currently there are more than 50 slots open!

This clinic can provide 1^st and 2^nd doses, using Moderna.

Call 211 to make an appointment - 211 can also identify transportation assistance.
Special features of this disability-friendly clinic include chairs instead of standing in line, and staff who can provide assistance.
Make sure you discuss your needs with 211.
