Help Keep Our Community Safe

Stay Home Except for Essential Needs

Everyone is required to stay home except for essential needs or to go to an essential job. If you go out, keep at least six feet (or two arms length) a part from others. Actions like these help to protect you and others by preventing the spread of COVID-19.

On March 28, the County of San Diego extended its "Stay at Home" order to remain in effect until further notice.

LiveWell@Home

On Friday, in partnership with the San Diego County Office of Education, we launched LiveWell@Home, a website designed to help all ages stay both mentally and physically fit while staying at home. The resources are organized by age group into categories, including physical activity, mindfulness and social connection to help you find the right tools to match your needs.

Check out LiveWell@Home

We know that partners are working hard to provide resources like these to their communities. For instance, SANDAG's iCommute program has tips to help you transition to working remotely (aka Teleworking). Submit a resource to be considered and we'll share them on the LiveWell@Home website and other channels.
