Welcome to the Live Well San Diego 31-Day 5K Fitness Challenge! This challenge is designed to help you get more physically active, no matter your age or ability level. By setting a goal to complete this challenge, you’ll soon be ready to walk or run in a 5K! We hope you’ll join us on July 28th for the Live Well San Diego 5K and Kids’ 1-Mile Fun Run.

 

Here’s what you’ll need to begin:

 

What can you expect for the next 31 days?

  • A daily email/text: These will be sent at 8:00 am with a fitness tip and advice or encouragement from our partners to help keep you motivated.
  • Check-ins: We want to know how you’re doing, so we’ll be checking in with you periodically with a feedback questionnaire.
  • Social media support: We want to see what you’ve accomplished, so share a picture with us on social media and use the hashtag #LiveWell31Day.
  • Group training: You don’t have to do the challenge alone! We’ve put together some great meet-up opportunities around the county to help you meet new people and try new things.
