San Diego Padres

By Tom Seidler, Senior Vice President of Community and Military Affairs, San Diego Padres

The road to wellbeing begins early in life, but it is important to ensure people of all ages, communities and cultures have the opportunity to be healthy, safe and thriving.

The San Diego Padres are committed to supporting the health and wellness of all San Diego County residents throughout their lives. Each year, the Padres help raise awareness of stroke, breast cancer and prostate cancer. The team is also dedicated to ensuring that all youth have access to physical activity opportunities and are able to Play Ball regardless of who they are or where they live.

Join us in supporting Lifelong Wellness by registering for the Live Well San Diego 5K and Kids’ 1-Mile Fun Run on Sunday, July 29th at Waterfront Park! To encourage you to make it a day of family fun, we are offering specially discounted tickets to that afternoon’s Padres game against the Diamondbacks using promo code LWSD5K! Proceeds support the San Diego Blood Bank.

Read more about partners who are working to help San Diego County residents be healthy, safe and thriving throughout their lifespan in this month’s Live Well San Diego newsletter.
