Advancements in technology are opportunities, not only to connect us to new information and each other, but also to improve the ways we serve our customers. The County of San Diego is continually working to deliver technology and services that make an impact and meet the needs of each member of our community.

Building a better service delivery system means improving the quality and efficiency of programs and services to increase positive outcomes for our citizens and results for our communities.  A service delivery system should be accessible, efficient and driven by results, but most of all, it should make an impact.

Tell Us Now! is an innovative new mobile app that makes it easy for the public to report non-emergency problems, like potholes or street light outages, to the County of San Diego. By working together as a community, we can improve infrastructure and resolve issues quickly and effectively.

To achieve the Live Well San Diego vision across the region requires partners in all sectors to approach service delivery with innovation, quality and efficiency in mind.  Doing so can create ground-breaking new advancements to ensure all residents can be healthy, safe and thriving.

This month’s Live Well San Diego Newsletter showcases partners from across the county that are improving service delivery to increase positive outcomes for all San Diego County residents.
