San Bernardino County history: The courthouse ghost
The county courthouse features a ghostlike figure near the entrance.
In 1875, San Bernardino County constructed a two-story wooden courthouse on E Street between Third and Fourth streets in the city of San Bernardino. The building housed the courts, the recorder, the Board of Supervisors and almost every other county office.
Shortly after its completion, a photographer captured an image of the new courthouse, but there was something unusual in the photo. There appeared to be a ghostlike figure near the building’s entrance. Could it have been a ghost?

Click on the image to view the video.
Candice is a one‑year‑old shepherd mix and easily the cutest pumpkin you’ll find at any pumpkin patch. Her fur is so soft it could rival your favorite cozy blanket, and her heart is even softer. Snuggles, cuddles and gentle nuzzles are her specialties.
This Halloween, forget trick‑or‑treating—why search for candy when the sweetest treat is already right here? Candice is pure fall charm wrapped in warm cuddliness, ready to make every day feel cozier and brighter. She’s the pumpkin you pick first, the one you carry proudly, and the one you instantly adore. After all, pumpkins don’t usually ask for belly rubs… but this one absolutely does.
