Fourth District Highlights:
Item No. 3 - The Board of Supervisors approved the appointment of Curt Hagman to Seat 2 on the San Bernardino Regional Housing Trust for a 2-year term, expiring on 05/18/2028. The board also approved the appointment of Curt Hagman to Seat 2 on the San Bernardino Water & Power Authority until replaced.

Item No. 8 - The Board of Supervisors approved a $420,493 grant award from Omnitrans for Measure I funding to support the Department of Aging and Adult Services' Valley Transportation Expansion Project for the provision of bus passes to seniors age 62 and over, and to individuals with disabilities.
Item No. 31 - The Board of Supervisors approved a $2.8M Capital Improvement Program Project for the remodel at 1386 E Highland Ave. in San Bernardino. This project will help expand its emergency shelter beds and other forms of interim and permanent housing to address homelessness.
Item No. 47 - The Board of Supervisors approved the San Bernardino County Homeless Strategic Action Plan. The plan outlines a five-year strategy focused on strengthening the County's homelessness response system through five key actions:
- Prevent homelessness through early intervention and diversion strategies
- House the highest risk populations with coordinated services
- Expand permanent housing solutions, including permanent supportive housing and rapid rehousing
- Strengthen community partnerships across jurisdictions and sectors
- Improve system coordination, data sharing, and performance monitoring
The Board of Supervisors meetings are open for public participation. Public access to the San Bernardino County Government Center is through the west doors, facing Arrowhead Avenue. All members of the public entering the building are required to go through a security scan and then sent directly to the chambers.
