Fourth District Highlights:
Item No. 2 - The Board of Supervisors adopted a resolution recognizing Benjamin Montgomery, as he retires, for his 20 years of service to the City of Chino Hills and its constituents.
Item No. 5 - The Board of Supervisors approved a $50,000 contract with Foothill Family Shelter, Inc. to contribute funding from the 2025-26 Fourth District's Board of Supervisors Discretionary Fund - District Specific Priorities Program budget to support the housing and community stabilization programs, such as the 120-Day Stepping Stones Program, 1-Year Program, Extended Housing Program, and Community Help Desk.
Item No. 27 - The Board of Supervisors approved the Subrecipient Agreement with the City of Chino Hills to accept the Community Development Block Grant subaward in the amount of $10,000, for the Adult Literacy Services Program. The Adult Literacy Services Program provides one-on-one literacy instruction and individualized tutoring for illiterate adults. Additionally, the Program supports the County's Cradle to Career Road Map to achieve the Countywide Vision.

Item No. 18 - The Board of Supervisors approved a revenue agreement with South Coast Air Quality Management District to accept up to $1M, to assist in the procurement of two zero-emission mobile medical clinics and retire an existing gas-powered mobile medical clinic.
Item No. 68 - The Board of Supervisors received a presentation on the 2026-27 Budget Financial Update. This presentation provided a financial update regarding the following topics: Economic Drivers and Outlook, County Fiscal Outlook, Risks, and Next Steps in the 2026-27 Budget.
Item No. 69 - The Board of Supervisors conducted a public hearing on the proposed County Fee Ordinance and the Construction Fee Schedules for Fiscal Years 2026-27, 2027-28, and 2028-29, containing necessary revisions to the fees. This ordinance is scheduled for final adoption on Tuesday, April 7, 2026, on the consent calendar.
The Board of Supervisors meetings are open for public participation. Public access to the San Bernardino County Government Center is through the west doors, facing Arrowhead Avenue. All members of the public entering the building are required to go through a security scan and then sent directly to the chambers.
