 NOW INTRODUCING: Ask The Supervisor
 Hey Second District Residents,
We’re excited to introduce a new interactive section in our monthly newsletter! Each month, we’ll highlight a question submitted by a resident and provide an answer or update from Supervisor Armendarez and our team. We receive thoughtful questions from community members across Fontana, Rancho Cucamonga, Upland, Mt. Baldy, and San Antonio Heights. We’re proud to create a space to share those conversations with the broader community.
Have a question about county services, local projects, or community resources? CLICK HERE to submit your question through our online form, and it may be featured in our upcoming newsletter! We look forward to hearing from you!

Supporting Ronald McDonald House Charities
Supervisor Armendarez was pleased to reconnect with Ronald McDonald House Charities during a recent follow-up visit to learn how a $10,000 donation provided last year has supported families across San Bernardino County. The organization offers a welcoming home away from home for families with children receiving medical care, allowing parents to remain close to their child during treatment. Supervisor Armendarez was grateful to see how this support is helping local families and thanks Ronald McDonald House Charities for the care and compassion they provide.
West Side Library Expansion Update
I recently had the opportunity to tour the West Side Library Expansion and receive updates on its progress. With a $1.2 million investment from the Second District, this project is helping transform the library into a more welcoming and modern space for the community. Located next to a park, the expanded library will create a place where residents can gather, learn, and connect. This expansion will introduce new services and resources that go beyond books and help reimagine what a library can be. This investment reflects our continued commitment to learning and opportunity for all.
 Reyes Coca-Cola Ground Breaking
I am proud to celebrate the groundbreaking of the Inland Empire’s first Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling facility here in Rancho Cucamonga and San Bernardino County’s Second District. This exciting milestone represents a strong investment in our community and will bring new jobs and expanded opportunities for our residents. Projects like this strengthen our local economy and reflect the continued growth of our region. Congratulations to Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling on this achievement. I look forward to celebrating many more milestones together.
