Fourth District Highlights:
Item No. 25 - The Board of Supervisors approved an Amendment No. 1 to Contract No. 23-1065 with the City of Upland for the Baldy View Dog Park Project, extending the timeline to obligate project funds.
Item No. 38 - The Board of Supervisors approved a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Ontario-Montclair School District (OMSD) to support early detection of tuberculosis (TB) by providing QuantiFERON TB testing for school volunteers. This screening ensures OMSD remains in compliance with California State regulations while helping prevent and control the spread of TB within schools and the broader community.
Item No. 66 - The Board of Supervisors adopted a resolution to relinquish and sell a portion of easement in Chino between Flood Control and Chino East End Industrial, LLC.

Item No. 69 - The Board of Supervisors reviewed the 2024-25 Year-End Budget Adjustment Report and the 2025-26 Budget Adjustment and Personnel Actions.
The Year-End Budget Report outlines an increase in requirements of $154 million and an increase in sources of $78.9 million, resulting in a net use of $75.1 million from countywide reserves, contingencies, and net position. This includes:
- $68.7 million from general fund reserves and contingencies
- $842,390 in net position
- $5.5 million in departmental reserves
Additionally, the report reflects a Capital Improvement Program (CIP) net increase of $17.7 million, which includes $33,844 in previously set-aside discretionary funding for the Prado RV Restroom Remodel Project.
The Board also approved $250,000 each in funding to support enhancements at both the San Bernardino International Airport and the Ontario International Airport.
The Board of Supervisors meetings are open for public participation. Public access to the San Bernardino County Government Center is through the west doors, facing Arrowhead Avenue. All members of the public entering the building are required to go through a security scan and then sent directly to the chambers.
