Fourth District Highlights:
Item No. 52 - The Board approved funding for two local city projects using Fourth District discretionary funds:

Chino Airport Driveway Improvements – The Board approved a contract for infrastructure upgrades at Chino Airport, including new driveway access, moving fences, and repaving and restriping the south parking lot.

Upland Power Backup Project – The Board approved updates to a previously awarded $357,288 grant to the City of Upland for technology and public safety improvements. As part of the update, $50,000 of the originally approved, unused, amount will now fund an upgrade to a more reliable, uninterruptible power supply (UPS) system.
Both projects aim to improve local infrastructure and support public safety.
Item No. 102 - The Board approved a permit for Skyline Production Group LLC and Total Production Group, Inc. to use part of Prado Regional Park in Chino for a Country Campout Event. The event will take place from July 16 to July 21, 2025, and includes setup, a concert, and cleanup. The County will receive at least $28,535.96 in revenue from this event.
Item No. 132 - The Board approved various Captial Improvement Projects at various County Regional Parks, including $324,000 for the Irrigation Well Project at Prado Regional Park.
Countywide Highlights:
Item No. 37 - The Board approved a Capital Improvement Program Project in the amount of $836, 133, for the schematic drawings and design development, for Phase II of the Pacific Village Platinum Campus Project. These funds will expand Pacific Village's capacity for recuperative care and substance use disorder treatment beds.
Item No. 82 - The Board approved adding the City of Chino Hills to the Animal Resource Center of the Inland Empire partnership. They also updated how each city’s contribution is calculated as part of the agreement.
Item No. 136 - The Board held a public meeting to review the County’s recommended budget for 2025-26. After the review, the Board officially approved and adopted the budget of $10.5B.
The Board of Supervisors meetings are open for public participation. Public access to the San Bernardino County Government Center is through the west doors, facing Arrowhead Avenue. All members of the public entering the building are required to go through a security scan and then sent directly to the chambers.
