Fourth District Highlights:
Item No. 27 - The Board of Supervisors approved an application to update an Irrevocable Standby Letter of Credit between San Bernardino County and Wells Fargo Bank. The letter is in favor of the San Gabriel Valley Water Company for $1,069,800. The update will cost about $32,000 and will be effective from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026.

The board also presented financial awards to the Auditor-Controller/Treasurer/Tax Collector.
Item No. 14 - The Board of Supervisors approved an update to the contract with Potomac Partners DC, LLC for federal lobbying and legislative advocacy services. The update includes adding a subcontractor and increasing the contract amount by $88,825, plus travel costs. This raises the contract total from $720,000 to a new maximum of $808,825, not including travel expenses.
Item No. 16 - The Board of Supervisors approved to waive the County policy to allow for a two-year legislative platform to allow the County to better align its advocacy efforts with the two-year legislative session.
Item No. 50 - The Board of Supervisors received a presentation detailing the County’s current financial status in advance of the 2025-26 Recommended Budget Hearing and Adoption.
The Board of Supervisors meetings are open for public participation. Public access to the San Bernardino County Government Center is through the west doors, facing Arrowhead Avenue. All members of the public entering the building are required to go through a security scan and then sent directly to the chambers.
