I had the opportunity, alongside my staff, to tour homes operated by organizations dedicated to providing temporary care for foster youth as they transition to more permanent places. This visit reinforced the importance of collaboration in ensuring that foster youth receive the necessary services, support, and care they deserve.
Through our partnership with Children and Family Services (CFS) and other community organizations, we are committed to advocating for the well-being of foster youth and working to enhance the resources available to them.
