Dear Fourth District Residents,
I am currently accepting applications from Fourth District residents who are interested in being appointed to the following Commissions.
New Commission
- Campaign Accountability, one 2-year term expiring January 31, 2027.
- Applicants must be:
- A member of the Commission must be a registered voter in the County.
- A person shall not be appointed or serve on the Commission if:
- The person is a county elective officer or a family member, staff member, or paid campaign staff of a county elective officer. Family member means a spouse, parent, sibling, child, or in-law. Spouse means a spouse or registered domestic partner as defined by California Family Code 297.
- The person has served as a staff member of a county elective officer in the past four years.
- The person has served in an elected office or campaigned for an elected office in the past four years.
- The person has served as a member of a political party central committee in the past four years.
- The person has contributed over $500 in any one year to any candidate for a county elective office in the past four years.
Current Term Expiring

Airports, one 4-year term expiring January 31, 2029.

Behavioral Health, two 3-year terms, expiring January 31, 2028.

Veterans Advisory, one 2-year term, expiring January 31, 2027.
Applicants must be residents of the Fourth District, which includes the cities of Chino, Chino Hills, Montclair, Ontario, and Upland (generally south of 14th St.), as well as immediately surrounding unincorporated areas.
