The County Board of Supervisors is closely monitoring and responding to the Line Fire that started in the East Highland area on Friday, September 6. My sincerest gratitude goes out to County Fire, Sheriff, OES and countless others that are working to keep residents, pets and structures safe. Currently, 1,855 personnel are assigned to manage the fire, which is affecting our mountain communities. Detailed information on available resources can be found below.

Animal Care Services Update
San Bernardino Animal Care services have a trailer at the Highland shelter for pets. The County's Devore Animal Shelter is prepared to accommodate both large and small animals in need of a place to stay during the evacuation.
