Historic cemetery re-opens after much-needed facelift
 The San Bernardino County Museum will host a grand reopening celebration at the historic Agua Mansa Pioneer Cemetery in Colton to showcase highly anticipated improvements.

School district approves lease for new fire station in San Bernardino
 The San Bernardino City Unified School District announced the approval of a ground lease agreement with the San Bernardino County Fire Protection District to facilitate the construction of a new fire station intended to serve the Wildwood Park neighborhood and surrounding areas of the city of San Bernardino.
Operation Consequences: May 4 through May 10
Between May 4 and 10, investigators from the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department – Gangs/Narcotics Division, along with deputies from patrol stations, served nine search warrants and contacted suspects at various locations in Perris, Banning, Hesperia, San Bernardino and Adelanto.

Wilford A. Boren was born on October 24, 1848, in Council Bluffs, Iowa, and relocated to San Bernardino in 1854. In 1885, he established a grocery business, which operated until 1896.
